1) Purpose: The purpose of the final activity is to allow you to demonstrate your learning related to multiple theories and best practices in educational leadership and of the ethical, legal, fiscal, and administrative knowledge and skills required for effective educational leadership. This activity will also allow you to demonstrate how you might incorporate your learning into your own personal philosophy of educational leadership.
2) Task: You are to reflect upon how you have grown as an educational/organizational leader and write a paper that presents your personal philosophy of educational leadership. When completed, this paper should be no longer than about 3000-3600 words or 10-12 pages long plus the title page and references page. Do not exceed page length. The paper should be free of spelling, grammar, or format errors. Format: Double spaced, Times New Roman 12 font, APA style. Note: using I/my (but NOT you/your) is fine throughout the entire paper, as long as you address the different indicators/topics posed below, supported with apa citations.
