After you view the case study, reflect upon what you have learned and how it is related to the learning materials. Compare the case study to your nursing practice and give a similar example from your experience in which you might have run into staffing issues.
An example i experience related to the scenerio is at work. We do not have enough staff to cover all the days of the week. Sometimes there is only one nurse working, and a total of 15 patients. Although our patients are stable and most dont need medication it is still our responsibily for all those 15 patienst to be safe. I uploaded the slides of the scenerio and the rubric thank you
