Conduct a stakeholder analysis. Review the project management blog on how to perform a stakeholder analysis before working on the template. There is a lot of information that you do not have about the organization (ASDG Inc.), its history, leadership structure, clients, employees, market share, etc. You are to assess every angle of the company and consider all of the project stakeholders that could be potentially impacted by your communication management project. You will need to make assumptions based on people’s titles, departments, partners, and the company’s clients.
Compare ASDG Inc., a multi-million dollar consulting firm going global, to other existing consulting firms to assess potential stakeholders.
Consider the fact that if this communication management plan is accepted, it will roll out company-wide, requiring everyone in the company to use and follow it going forward. This is not a project that is centralized to a specific department.
