Instructions: In the assignment below, read each of the scenarios carefully. Watch the accompanying videos if appropriate.
After reading over the scenarios, written the student will write a paragraph for each scenario in which they explain if
the activity described would be considered a crime of terrorism,
the activity described would be considered a general violent crime,
or if the activity described would not be considered a crime at all, but is 1st Amendment protected speech.
