Focused Review/Remediation and required remediation document must meet the following criteria:
First attempt must be completed with a closed book and without additional resources.
Use the three critical point remediation document Download three critical point remediation document.
Focused review quiz must be completed if assigned.
Focused review topics that are used must be highlighted on the ATI report to correlate with the completed remediation document.
The 3 critical points must be handwritten with complete and thoughtful answers.
Must be original work for each assignment. Assignments are not to be re-used.
Combine the Focused Review/Remediation Report and remediation document and submit as one submission.
You may add to your posted submissions PRIOR to the due date.
A student achieving a 100% on the ATI Practice Assessment or scores higher than 76% in all categories must still complete the 3 critical point remediation document on relevant course content.
