Select the appropriate Excel simulation spreadsheet and “QueueingTools.xls” templates to develop your simulation models relevant to the case study. You will be expected to submit a single fully functional, and clearly labeled Excel spreadsheet for each problem that addresses all requirements, and has the problem #/part # identified with each of your answers. You can copy and paste the results from the Queueing Tools spreadsheet for problem #2 in the excel sheet for the different scenarios you are comparing.
Your spreadsheet will be expected to include the complete data used and a complete copy of all calculations or other work you have performed to derive your answers for each problem. No credit will be granted for work that is not completed using Excel, or for which your work shown is incomplete.
