Once your group has decided on the specific movement (Our exercise is deadlift). I want each of you individually to write a 2-3pages paper breaking down the movement. What is the importance of the movement, or why would people choose to perform the movement? What are the phases of the movement? What muscles (prime movers) are we using during each phase of the movement? What is the ideal technique? What are common mistakes seen with your specific movement? This paper will help give you a better understanding of the movement and will help with the following steps of your project.
