To enhance our understanding of the course topics, working in teams, participants will analyze the management of a simulated employee. In doing so, teams must select a job (software engineer job profile is attached., preferably one you are not familiar with.

I’ve attached an example of the Final Group Project. Please mirror this document based on section 2. Let me know if you are missing any information.
A second step of the project is to provide a detailed descriiption of an individual who, hypothetically, holds the job. This individual can be one of your teammates or any other subject you wish to assess. In either case, no information leading to identify this person (e.g., name, gender) must be provided. The descriiption of this person must include a quantitative assessment of his/her: b) personality, b) work attitudes, c) emotional intelligence, d) motivational drive, e) engagement, and f) cultural competency. To quantify these variables, you must use the questionnaires the instructor will provide throughout the semester.
