The evaluation results
Recommendations for the team’s continual improvement and learning
A consideration for how the evaluation tool could be improved based on your findings to ensure more efficient and effective application of the tool in the future
A justification for whether or not the team you evaluated is considered high performing

Include at least 5 scholarly resources to support the development of your evaluation tool.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

Attach your Team Performance Evaluation Tool (from Week 4) as an Appendix to your paper.
