*STATISTICAL METHODS IN PSYCHOLOGY COURSE* Textbook is: Statistics for Psychology, 6th Edition ISBN-13:978-0-205-25815-4. Some topics dicussed were hypotheses (H1/H0), Type I versus a Type II errors, Z-scores, ANOVA, correlaional analysis, data analysis procedures, etc..I am open to anything you choose.
Mini-project 2
Students can choose to complete a mini-research project on looking how statistics can be implemented in the student’s future career and include statistics learned in all modules from what that student found in the area they plan to go to research or within the field for. Basically, how does each major module topic represent importance in the field the student is interested in working in.
For example, if a student wants to be a psychologist they would create a PowerPoint presentation on how topics such as z-score, H1, H0, ANOVA for some examples are essential in the field the student wants to go into.
Students will have to provide scholarly sources on reference slides, include a title slide, and will be at least 6-8 slides long.
