Your organization has been under scrutiny and in the media due to dissatisfied customers and family members. The pay for performance initiatives is tied to patient and customer satisfaction. The Board of Directors is upset and has required each department head to present to the board what strategies will be implemented at the departmental level to address patient and customer satisfaction.
Step Two: Create a 7-10 slide Power Point to present what your department will do implement, in regard to strategies and projected outcomes, to address patience and customer satisfaction (dissatisfaction).
Your finished product must include at least two outside resources, be presented in proper APA format, and should follow the rubric provided. The presentation must also include speaker notes for each slide.
