The Coursework for this module is a Portfolio in two parts.
1. Individual Change Design, based on a potential change in a familiar organisation (50% of the Portfolio)
2. Individual Leadership Development analysis of own capabilities for leading strategically in complex organisations (50% of the Portfolio).
The aim of the Change Design section is to demonstrate your ability to apply Change theory to a specific context. You will design a potential strategic change in an organisation you are personally familiar with.
