This is what my reseach proposal entails ” 1) to do a bioinformatics-based analysis of the genomes and 2) to study genomic libraries made from one of the genomes with the goal of identifying genes involved in iodine transformation. The latter could involve subcloning and sequencing of already identified genes of interest or additional screening (or even generations) of libraries.
So basically I want a two-page annotated bibliography that links the articles attached to my research project. I have attached 4 articles, one about Genome squencing and the other three about iodine. Also it should show these articles will help me in myproject.
