Feedback: For the Fact section, you need to set forth what happened that brought the plaintiff to file a legal action. Who did what to whom? The key to the fact section is that anyone can read that section and understand what the case is all about. This section should be concise and the parties should be easily identifiable.
You should be stating what happened to plaintiffs. Why did they file this lawsuit. Who is the plaintiff?
