You will create a lesson or school item (e.g., democratic processes, collaborative and non-carceral class guidelines, extracurricular club) that is accompanied by a 300-word explanation of how your item exemplifies the ideas of the author(s) for that week. I am asking you to create something you could use as a teacher that is directly inspired by our readings. You should explain the connections to our readings in your 300-word post. If your teacher work creation is a slide, website, or assignment then you might upload it in Google Docs, set the “share” settings to “Anyone on the internet with this link can view,” and then link it in your discussion post. Be creative and make something useful for you to address intersectionality and justice in your (current or future) classroom.
